I've only been using this device for a few days. I usually get chronic daily migraines. This device helps because it lowers my stress and it seems to put my mind and body at a calm state. It doesn't take away the headaches, but it takes them too much milder place. This device usually takes care of other migraine side effects like nausea.
I would recommend this device, not as a primary migraine solution, but as a backup to a primary... it does help very much.
