So far I love Nerivio, it’s not groundbreaking for me yet but I think it can be, especially if you looking to rid yourself of meditations and go the more holistic route. I’ve had migraines since I was 8yo and I do Botox and take sumatriptan injections when needed, I’ve tried many things so this is something that definitely subsides them and stops them in their tracks from escalating. Plus you can take it anywhere.
