Product has been very helpful with pain control in most cases.
The struggle to the device to pair correctly, or get it on the upper arm when neck pain is already high, or to get the app to actually consistently work when needed is a problem.
At least 30% of the time either the app will not open and I have to restart my phone or the device will not pair.
