Honestly, I have only used the device a few times. The fist time, my headache was so bad and I don't think I got it in time. I had taken so much medicine and then used the device. It was one I just had to ride out because nothing was going to help. The second use was amazing. It took the headache away almost immediately. Today, it has lessened the intensity. For that I am grateful. Considering my limited use and to be objective, I would rate the Nerivia device an 8 out of 10. I think that with continued use, my rating will increase.
