I consider myself very lucky to have found Stephen. He is a great, attentive listener and offers extremely valuable insight during the sessions but also on his website. He identified my issues swiftly and over a period of a few months helped me to make significant changes. Feeling safe and understood on a very deep level, I was able to access some old repressed feelings and work through them during our sessions. The experiential work we did was really transformative, helped me not only to become conscious of certain issues but also to break through things on a deeper, emotional level. Gradually a way out started to feel possible. I’m finally on a right path, for which I’m extremely grateful. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
