I have purchased 2 other products from Snugg without issues. After my latest purchase arrived it was discovered that it did not work as described. After speaking to a representative I was told that I had to pay to return the defective product at my cost ( postage will be around half the purchase price of the case!!). The fact that the customer has to be out of pocket for a defective product is beyond me. I will never purchase from Snugg again and will go out of my way to make people aware of this shocking customer service.
