I first bought a Snugg phone case years ago for my Samsung phone. Sadly, the case had a flaw and fell apart. I called the Snugg folks and they promptly sent me a free replacement. This case lasted the life of the phone. Excellent customer service, great product.
Next week I will be replacing that phone, so today, I ordered a new Snugg case for it!
