I received my snug in February and unfortunately it stopped working just went to midterms arrive. I love I can't even express how much I love this Keypad and for it not to work I'm crushed it just stopped working the entire left side the a QW the number caps shift and FN keypad is not working. I will still give it a high-grade because it works absolutely great but if someone could please give me a call back to resolute this problem I would truly appreciate a phone call or an email back 347-200-2119 ga1093@nyu.edu
