i sent back an i pad cover in oct. because i got 2 by mistake so i sent one back with all the right information and it still haven't recieved my refund this was in oct. it is now the end of dec. i have tryed to reach you but have not been successful. i am very disapointed in your company. if i don't hear soon i will call the better business office. mrs. aiello
