I sent an email explaining that I don't have an IPad 2, I was informed wrongly at Best Buy,
but rather an iPad 4 and not to send the iPad 2 so that being said I'm sending it right back dammit. Worst customer service I've ever seen and I'm not paying for sending it back.if you charge my credit card I will fight it, trust me.
