I still have not received my ipad4 electric blue cover. I contacted you earlier to explain that I was given the wrong information and had firstly ordered an iPad 2. I did not hear back from you, now you say you shipped it on Dec 22 and it is now Jan 1, there is no "live chat" available on the email you sent and I don't know what to do at this point.
