I ordered the wrong IPad cover. Snugg gave me prompt info as to how I needed to return the incorrect unit. I did so and the correct unit was shipped promptly. I consider this very good customer service. Had I read all the info on ordering I would have gotten the correct cover the first time. There was ample info on how to tell how to identify your pad cover - I just didn't read it - maybe it should be more obvious in the ordering instructions. Still excellent customer service.
