Ordered a flip case for an iPhone 6, was sent a case for an iPhone 6 PLUS instead.
Attempted to use Chat to discuss the problem, but no one was online.
Attempted to call the toll-free number but it disconnected me.
Emailed but received no response.
Found the return page on the web site and used the info there to return the item for exchange.
Case seemed to be good quality but service very poor.
