After travelling to Morroco some years ago, I came home and tried to replicate the 43 different spices in the tajine. I gave up until I found you Morrocan mix. Wouldn't be without it. Not only for tajines but on potatoe wedges and flavouring for soup. It is the best. I have tried many other varieties in the range and they have always been consistently great.
