Excellent customer service! Firstly, I changed my mind on first order and they refunded my money with no hassle at all. When I went to reorder a few months later, to my horror I had lost my gift voucher, it was not a problem though The Suffolk Nest sorted it and helped me. They were very fast at dealing with my email too.
