The start of something great always provides itself with hardships, its inevitable. This firm makes its best efforts to give its clients a smooth sailing experience. The representatives that call you up after set up but before you are assigned an account manager are very kind, they are looking to help and work with your schedule of availability. They are very considerate and caring. The first impression is important to me once I get a good feeling about the firm I start on the right foot and vice versa is true as well. Thankfully I believe things can go far with this firm and I’m hoping I’m assigned an account manager as considerate and helpful as the representatives on call.
