I have had my fair share of issues with them but I found that my account manager assisting that made trading with them worthwhile. Yes, a lot of information is on the web but nothing beats a good trading session with a professional. I don't know about other account managers in the company, but i can tell you that scott white was very professional and informative. The best strategy is to dive deep and learn, the more knowledge you gain the better decisions are made. Cause of this Wall Street is not so bad guys.
