I have very mixed feelings about platform. For example, when I spoke initially to the agent, he helped me a lot, and really made the sign up process easy. My problem was afterwards. Whenever I had a question, it took ages for the support to get back to me. I had a very urgent issues, and I contacted multiple times and only heard back from them a couple days later. I personally think that’s unacceptable. Other than that , I haven’t really come across many issues.
