First time on a Light cleanse and surprised at how easy it was. The delivery came in a 2 hour window on the day I requested and I started the next day having chosen 3 days when I’d be working at home. To take my mind off meals I’d bought a good book, went to bed early and watched Netflix. I don’t feel particularly different but pleased I’ve been able to do this and will schedule another delivery next month.
