The Think Money Customer Relations Unit is notorious for being staffed by vindictive low IQ malcontents with no interest whatsoever in Customer Service. The way round these idiots is to use the FCA Register and obtain the name and email address of the FCA Nominated Officer for Think Money - send your Complaint emails to him and copy to FCA Consumer email in London.
