Where do I start. Old ap worked fine for me, budgeting fine I told them what income to use for bills, all went smoothly. Fast forward to new app and omfg chaos.
They dont use the income they always used as "they dont work that way now" "they decide how to budget and what money to use", also the monthly fee I pay is for other services, like calls which are what 1 maybe a year. They cant change anything all they can do now is advise what they think and help with app (which is worse than last one.)
New add on coming soon tho which may be of use to some.
