My elderly mother has had no access to her bank for 3 months since the changes have been made. The service and communication has been so bad that she has had to switch bank accounts, Think Money still have not transferred her fund to her new acc. This was the only was my mother could try and access any money as she does not have a smart phone or internet access. Think refused to grant her access to the new card since they changed their systems over. Absolutely disgraceful that this company can do this to people.
