This is hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced. From my initial consultation to take out insurance to actually filing for a claim and picking up a replacement watch.
They were extremely patient too, never rushing me or pushing me to get things done. I did everything at my own pace whilst my watch waited for collection.
I have had no issues whatsoever with them and they have been the best to work with.
