While enjoying my family 2019 holiday we decided to book for the same location for our 2020 holiday prior to returning home.
Returning home I contacted TUI to request they add the 'Thank You' discount of £150 to my booking only to be told this was not possible as I had already booked!
£8,000 of holidays with TUI and they cannot/ will not add a 'Thank You' discount to my next holiday with them, maybe I should return to Jet2?
