Appalling customer service. Booked a cruise over a year ago now they are making significant changes to the itinerary a few days before we fly. No option to cancel and very poor compensation. Their Customer Service department replies to emails if they feel like it. The option is 'you book what you want, we will supply what we want'.
I think that with Thomas Cook going bust these people feel they can do what they like; avoid.
