These people are rude & extremely unprofessional. I have a order im waiting to allegedly have delivered by now from UPS. They can't locate my order & are telling me it's still processing yet I was emailed on the 12th telling me my order already shipped out for delivery of today at 10:30am. Well I don't have what I ordered & they're obviously definitely lying to me.
