I bought a Brand New Grandland X from Thurlow Nunn Luton, it had a fault on it from the day I purchased it
They have attempted to repair it on numerous occasions, and they failed, I rejected the vehicle and they have been judged to of breached consumer law, yet they continue to argue the point and won’t accept the rejection.
Worst company I have ever dealt with, completely useless and unprofessional!!!!!!
