Thurlow Nunn staff are very roude and rough. I booked my car for leaky valve to investigate. They called me back and said you got got leaking valve and cost is £190 for just replacing valve stem or £100 for just saying leaking valve.
Went back to collect car and report. No mention of valve leaking on diagnostic report. When asked the guy was very rude and rough. Charged me £100 for nothing.
I will never go back to Thurlow Nunn Luton and don't recommend.
