Went to the Fresh Food Cafe and asked for a cheese and mushroom bagel, it advertises fresh food, when it arrived it was piping hot but as I bit into it it was freezing cold, I took it back and was given a disgruntled refund, staff were miserable. I also went to Costa coffee at the same services and asked for a small latte, which cost nearly £4 and it was warm, standards are definitely very low in this services, I won't recommend anyone to come to it. This is a sincere review.
