Was buying 3 for 2 on tickets for Tranzmission Festival. When looking at the mobile website it didn't show clearly you had to put 3no tickets into the basket and didn't put the free ticket on if you purchased 2.
The customer service team promptly responded and my refund is due in 5 days to sort out the issue, the team responded in a matter of hours.
