I was very worried about my ticket being posted to the wrong address but I was quickly reassured
that I had changed the address (Obviously I am more organised than I thought!)
But m mind was put at rest very quickly with a nice quick reply to my email.
Its only a small thing but being prompt with emails is rare so thank you
