Very responsive and extremely quick in replying to my emails. Especially as I have had some issues in applying for a refund for leftover credit in my cashless wristband chip. As soon as I emailed them regarding the problem and was unable to apply, they immediately responded and have been excellent support in extending the deadline for applying the refund.
