It’s my daughter Jenny bday today over excited she left on the train early this morning to go to el dorado on a weekend camping ambassador ticket
She rang me to say she had forgotten her ticket !!
After just 30 minutes while I contacted customer services and provided photos of the ticket lovely Victoria mailed me to say it was sorted !!
I can’t thank you enough ❤️ You saved her day instead of driving to Ledbury I am relaxing in my garden !!
