Unfortunately an event I was attending had been cancelled. I emailed to ask about a refund on the cashless voucher I had purchased and received a response within an hour to say this was being looked into. Fast forward 24 hours and I have received an email to say this will be refunded with 5 days. Fantastic service. Thanks again!
