Site is easy to use for the most part, had some issues using my laptop for purchase however, but Android was able to complete the purchase. Only real complaint was that the service fees (above and way beyond actual ticket price) was not disclosed until the very end of the transaction, and even then it only shows in the total amount due. I don't mind paying for the service, just a disappointing presentation...felt a bit sneaky.
