Quick and easy sales but the surprise service fee of $11+ per ticket is steep and not appropriate. Its understandable to charge the fee- for each transaction, not each ticket. Surprise fee's are a thing of the past and you are in the entertainment business. Be a better example please of what it means to be an awesome ticket sales site.
