The website is easy to use, but your service charge is absolutely a rip off! I am purchasing a birthday gift for my son and daughter-in-law who live across the country so therefore I cannot pick up the tickets myself and to pay over $200 in service fees when nobody touches these tickets is unheard of. I live in New York City and we don’t have service fees for Broadway at that amount.
