Just great! Was looking for a matching tie to my brides dress, found one that seemed to match, but colours on net can easily be different "live". Then I was offered a sample fabric for almost no money, got it, and it was a 99% match! Ordered the tie and got it after a few days. Customer service beyond all expectations!
