Excellent service!
I ordered a bowtie from Tieroom. Infortunately, when it arrived I noticed a damage in the weave. The damaged area was tiny, but in a very visible position. I sent them a mail with a picture of the damage, and within a couple of hours I received a mail where they wrote they would send me a new bowtie immediately. A couple of days later I received a new bowtie in the mail.
It's always a pleasure to receive such prompt help when there's a problem.
