Ordering was easy from the website, and delivery was pretty fast. The lapel pin and tie clip arrived in boxes. None of the items was damaged during delivery. The only blemish is that the size of the lapel pin that is smaller than anticipated. Perhaps this could be improved in the desceiption. Overall, I would say it is value for money.
