No problem with ordering and delivery, v good. The negative was the product - the norcros 4 in 1 grout was awful to put on , followed the instructions to the letter but it was so stiff it made it almost impossible to get the grout in between the slabs. Also it set so quickly another nightmare was getting the excess off the slabs.
