I had used tile fix previous for some 10mm chrome trim...which was delivered in perfect condition...so I used tile fix again for some more trim when completing another tile job this trim is protected by a cardboard tube on my second delivery this tube was damaged and the trim was bent....probably caused during transit however I contacted tile fix about this' the next day I received another order in perfect condition......I can not fault the service which I received from tile fix and when requiring addition supplies I will not hesitate to use tile fix again Thanks
