Needed 4mm backer board which was showing out of stock online. Emailed to find out when product would be back in stock. Got a very quick response from Peter at Tilefix. He searched their branches and amassed the number of boards we needed. These were then sent out in record time and were excellently packaged so no damaged occurred.
