Placed my order last week and stressed that we could only accept order the following Monday as the delivery address is a renovation and someone would only be on site then, I was told don't worry it would be delivered then, the person who was accepting order for us got a call on the Thursday before to say delivery driver was at property but he couldn't get over to accept order as he was still 350 miles away, he told them to come back Monday when he would be there, waited all day for delivery, nothing arrived by 4.30 so rang to see what was happening, was told order would be there by 5 to 5.30 , no order at 6.15 tried to ring again phone lines closed, he waited till 7pm no order, he left and then got a phone call around 8.30pm to say order would be there shortly.
