Staff very helpful; very prompt service. Unfortunately the packaging in which the Marmox boards was first sent was damaged in transit by TNT and had to be rejected; it was also damaged the second time, but covered up by TNT. I think the boards need more protection (particularly at their sides) as they easily suffer damage from rough handling. Six full length boards are heavy, and seem to be dragged by the deliverer.
