Delivery was delayed having received a message from both TileFix and DHL that delivery would be Friday 12th October, with delivery on the morning Saturday 13th. In addition, the DHL time window sent by SMS 10:11-11.11 was not met - delivery occurred at 12:09. Poor courier service and certainly not 24 hours.
