Needed these split face cladding to add to an existing job ,on the first 2 deliveries there were broken tiles , immediately they were replaced , the next batch arrived broken too , again immediately replaced . This time they were individually wrapped in enough bubble wrap to wrap my whole house up !! Customer service was faultless . The tiles are beautiful, great colours throughout them and with the added sparkle they are perfect .
