The tile was not the same as the picture. Not a problem except that the buyer pays the freight and restocking fee. I used UPS because USPS in our experience has been unreliable. The cost eat up the refund. I was told that the club relies totally on USPS. While cheaper, what happens if the package disappears which has occurred sevdral times with priority mail to Texas. Your tile is good, but your returns need work.
