Ordering was quick and easy, but unfortunately the tile did not match the pictures. We had to pay return shipping for a pallet of tile and were only given one week to do it. I get making the customer pay return shipping, but the short time frame given was unreasonable. I can't imagine many people ordering tile know how to ship pallets. Also, the pallet it came on was falling apart and wouldn't have survived the return trip, luckily I had a spare to use.
