My overall experience was okay. Using the online calculator to estimate how much tile we needed, gave us way more than we needed… we should have used our own judgment. First delivery, almost every tile was damaged or had mold on them but customer service replaced the tile quickly. Love the tiles themselves! Kitchen backsplash came out awesome, exactly what I wanted.
